Clinical Practice For People Who Have Experienced Stress and Trauma

I specialize in working with clients who have experienced traumatic and stressful life events. While we often develop coping strategies that help us get through difficult moments, those same strategies can sometimes leave us feeling isolated, stuck, or overwhelmed over time. As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience, I provide supportive, compassionate care to help people heal after trauma and stress. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and deeply value each person’s lived experience. I also work with people who are helping loved ones who have been impacted by stress and trauma—it can be hard find ways to support a friend or family member and take care of yourself. My approach combines trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. Every person and every family is different, so I tailor my work to fit your unique needs, values, and goals. Together, we can create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard and supported as you work through challenges, build resilience, and cultivate more joy and connection in your life.

If you need  support, I’m here to help you take that next step—to find an authentic, evidence-based, tailored approach that works for you. Please note that all services are online and I do not work with  insurance, but can provide services on a sliding scale. Therapy and coaching sessions are $175/hour with an additional fee for formal diagnostic services. A sliding scale is available based on financial need. Services private and confidential, with the exceptions of situations involving client consent, legal mandate, or legal permission.
